Key Responsibilities

Welcome and escort guests to their tables professionally.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve food and drinks following hotel standards.

Ensure table setup and cleanliness before and after service.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints politely.

Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in a premium or star hotel/restaurant is preferred.

Good communication skills in English and local language.

Polite, well-groomed, and customer-friendly personality.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of food hygiene standards is a plus.
