Job Title: Restaurant Runner / Operations Assistant

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Runner supports the restaurant’s daily operations by performing a wide range of tasks including inter-restaurant deliveries, staff transport, goods collection, and general assistance to the Operations Manager. This role is vital for maintaining smooth coordination between outlets and ensuring that daily operational needs are met efficiently.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle deliveries between restaurant outlets (food, supplies, documents, etc.).

• Pick up goods and materials from suppliers or vendors as required.

• Drop and pick up staff from designated locations as scheduled.

• Assist the Operations Manager in daily operational activities and coordination.

• Supervise minor tasks and ensure smooth workflow within and between outlets.

• Support in stock transfers, equipment movement, or maintenance assistance.

• Perform general errands and odd jobs to support restaurant operations.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, records, and ensure safe, timely transportation.

• Follow company safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience in restaurant or logistics operations preferred.

• Good communication and time management skills.

• Reliable, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.

• Basic knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.

• Must speak Telugu  & Hindi
