Job Description :

  • Assist the F&B Controller in monitoring and analyzing food and beverage costs to ensure target margins are met.

  • Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.

  • Help conduct cost variance analyses and highlight discrepancies or wastage.
  • Participate in monthly physical inventory counts for food, beverages, and other consumables.

  • Help reconcile actual stock levels with system reports and investigate variances.

  • Support the organization of storerooms and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).

  • Coordinate with the purchasing department and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and proper documentation.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure transparency in product usage and costing.
  • Provide administrative support to the F&B Controller as needed.

 

Skill Required :

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and restaurant management systems (e.g., POS, inventory software).

  • 1–3 years of experience in F&B cost control, restaurant accounting, or inventory management (hospitality background an advantage).
