Job Description :

Assist the F&B Controller in monitoring and analyzing food and beverage costs to ensure target margins are met.

Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
- Help conduct cost variance analyses and highlight discrepancies or wastage.

Participate in monthly physical inventory counts for food, beverages, and other consumables.

Help reconcile actual stock levels with system reports and investigate variances.

Support the organization of storerooms and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Coordinate with the purchasing department and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and proper documentation.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure transparency in product usage and costing.
- Provide administrative support to the F&B Controller as needed.
Skill Required :

Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and restaurant management systems (e.g., POS, inventory software).
- 1–3 years of experience in F&B cost control, restaurant accounting, or inventory management (hospitality background an advantage).
