Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tandoorchi to manage the preparation and cooking of tandoor-based dishes in our resort. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality food, maintain hygiene standards, and contribute to a great dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook tandoori dishes, including breads (naan, roti)
- Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor area and kitchen.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, including tandoor ovens.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tandoorchi in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tandoor cooking techniques.
- Ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
