Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a Front Office Manager/Executive to oversee the reception and guest services at our resort. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations, provide excellent guest experiences, and manage the front office team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all front office operations, including reception, check-in/check-out, and guest inquiries.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
  • Train, schedule, and manage front office staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, reservations, and billing.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to enhance guest experiences.
  • Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety, and security standards.

Requirements:

 

  1. Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
  2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in front office operations in hotels/resorts.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office and hotel management software.
  5. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  6. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
