Captain

Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a professional and experienced Captain to oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant and F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service, assist in training staff, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Supervise and guide waitstaff to ensure smooth service in restaurants, bars, and banquets.
  2. Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.
  3. Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating service staff.
  4. Handle guest requests, special orders, and complaints efficiently.
  5. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  6. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of dining areas.
  7. Assist in inventory management and reporting of service-related requirements.
  8. Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Captain or senior waiter in hotels/resorts.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to supervise, motivate, and train service staff.
  4. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and table etiquette.
  5. Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
  6. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
