Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Captain to oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant and F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service, assist in training staff, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide waitstaff to ensure smooth service in restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating service staff.
- Handle guest requests, special orders, and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting of service-related requirements.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Captain or senior waiter in hotels/resorts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and train service staff.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and table etiquette.
- Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
