Department: Housekeeping

 Title: Supervisor

 Location: Tapovan, Rishikesh

Role & Responsibilities (indicative)

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, well-maintained, and meet Verdus quality standards.
• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high levels of service and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring timely requisitions and cost control.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with eco-conscious practices.
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to address guest requests, room readiness, and operational issues promptly.

Background:

• 3–6 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, eco-friendly cleaning practices, and hygiene standards.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
