Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef with a strong foundation in Continental cuisine and working knowledge of Indian, Chinese, and other global cuisines. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and creativity while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Maintain high culinary standards in taste, presentation, and portion control.

Oversee food preparation for Continental dishes and support production of other cuisines (Indian, Oriental, Mediterranean, etc.).

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on techniques, recipes, and kitchen etiquette.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines).

Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and control costs.

Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials with innovative ideas.

Monitor equipment maintenance and report any operational issues.

Maintain a positive, collaborative, and efficient working environment in the kitchen.
