Position: Restaurant Captain

Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for smooth restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and team supervision. Ensures excellent service standards and coordination between guests, service staff, kitchen, and bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests courteously.
- Supervise service staff and assign duties.
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints.

Promote menu items and upsell products.
- Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and service quality.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
- 2–3 years of F&B service experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Well-groomed and guest oriented.
