Restaurant Captain

  • Supervise and lead service staff within an assigned section to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

  • Provide exceptional guest service, taking orders, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.

  • Maintain dining area standards, including cleanliness, table setup, and adherence to service procedures.

  • Support sales efforts through menu knowledge, recommendations, and upselling of specials and premium items.

  • Communicate effectively between guests, service teams, and management to resolve issues and relay important information.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, grooming, and operational standards.
