Resort Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will manage all departments, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest relations, while driving profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all resort operations and departments.
2. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring excellent service and hospitality.
3. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
4. Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure financial targets are met.
5. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase bookings and brand visibility.
6. Oversee property maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards.
7. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
8. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and travel partners.
9. Liaise with government authorities
10. Prepare operational reports and present insights to management.
11. Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

1. Diploma/ degree in Hotel Management or related field.
2. Minimum 12–15 years of experience in hospitality management (resort or hotel preferred).
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software.
6. Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
