About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Indian Cook with strong knowledge of traditional and modern Indian dishes. The candidate should be able to independently handle the kitchen, maintain food quality and hygiene, and manage daily meal preparations.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes (North Indian, basic curries, tandoor optional if required).

Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation for all meals.

Plan daily menus based on requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Monitor ingredient stock and assist in inventory management.

Follow food safety standards and ensure proper storage of raw materials.

Coordinate with the owner/manager for daily kitchen operations.

Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage.
Required Skills & Experience

3–4 years of proven experience as an Indian Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen.

Good knowledge of spices, gravies, curries, biryani, vegetables, rotis, parathas, etc.

Ability to prepare food for both à la carte and bulk orders.

Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures.

Ability to work efficiently during rush hours.

Strong sense of cleanliness, discipline, and time management.

Work Schedule
