HR Manager/ Recruitment manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage all hiring activities for our resort. The ideal candidate will ensure the recruitment of qualified, skilled, and motivated staff across all departments while maintaining a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various resort departments.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill requirements.
4. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
6. Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
8. Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.
9. Monitor and improve recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or resorts.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Knowledge of HR software, job portals, and recruitment tools.
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
6. Leadership and team management skills.
