- Text Area field Front Office Associate – Key Responsibilities Guest Interaction & Service • Welcome guests warmly and professionally • Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently • Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints • Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Reservation & Billing • Manage room bookings and cancellations • Update guest records and maintain confidentiality • Process payments and generate invoices • Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness Communication & Coordination • Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) • Communicate guest preferences and special requests • Maintain smooth flow of information across shifts Administrative Duties • Maintain front desk logs and reports • Monitor inventory of office supplies and amenities • Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Skills & Qualifications • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred • Good communication skills in English and Hindi • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel software • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills • Professional appearance and positive attitude
