Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and the overall dining area.

Handle guest complaints or feedback promptly and report to the supervisor/manager if needed.

Assist in setting up the restaurant before service and closing duties after service.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service flow.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.

Upsell menu items and promote restaurant specials to maximize revenue.

Maintain a courteous and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues.
