F and B Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations at our resort. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality dining experiences, maintain operational efficiency, manage the F&B team effectively, and handle food costing and control  wastage to maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, organize, and oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
  2. Ensure excellent service and quality standards in all F&B outlets.
  3. Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  4. Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and calculate food costing to optimize profitability.
  5. Monitor budgets, inventory, and procurement to control costs.
  6. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  7. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations.
  8. Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements:  

  1. Diploma/degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  2. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in F&B management (resort or hotel preferred).
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  4. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and relevant regulations.
  5. Computer knowledge 
  6. Ability to calculate food costing and manage budgets effectively.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards.
  8. Control wastage
