About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned, disciplined, and performance-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our hotel restaurant near Puri. The ideal candidate must have proven excellence in managing restaurants or hotel dining operations and be ready to relocate, stay, and work full-time in Puri with in-house accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete restaurant operations including staff supervision, service quality, and daily workflow

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction

• Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and cost control

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure smooth service

• Train and lead restaurant staff for consistent performance

• Monitor daily sales and prepare reports

• Maintain discipline and uphold brand standards

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or F&B / Hotel Manager

• Must provide proof of excellence (past performance records, letters, achievements, or documented experience)

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills

• Ability to handle fast-paced operations efficiently

• Should be willing to stay on-site (accommodation provided)

• Must be comfortable living and working in Puri / near Puri

• Immediate joiners preferred
