Hotel Room Sales Manager

Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Hotel  Rooms Sales Managers to drive revenue growth and business development for our resort. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets while promoting our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue across all resort services.
  2. Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, event bookings, and travel partners.
  3. Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential markets.
  5. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  6. Ability to do cold calling

Requirements:

 

  1. Bachelor degree or diploma
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales or business development.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  5. Knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
  6. Ability to travel as required and represent the resort professionally.
